Returns

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@byteworksfitness.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Kindly provide your order number and reason for return. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process.

Please ensure that the item(s) you are returning are in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product does not meet these conditions.

Upon receipt of your return request and verification of the item(s), we will provide you with instructions for returning the product(s). Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider’s policies.

Exchanges (if applicable)
